Seriously, who doesn’t love a warm bath? When I am working insane hours, this is my way to discharge.

Get the water running. Play some soothing music, darken the room and light some candles. Maybe grab a cup of tea? Enjoy and RELAX!

It is heavenly!!! You will feel amazing and reinvigorated!

#3 Move Your Body

It doesn’t matter if you workout at home or the gym, like to run or go for walks. Just get moving!

There are several benefits associated with leading an active lifestyle. Improves your mental health and mood, increases energy levels, makes you sleep better, assists in weight loss, builds muscles and strong bones.

No one has ever regretting exercising. It makes you look good and feel awesome besides boosting self-confidence.

By the way, you can also use this method to massage your feet. Just step on the ball and move your foot around. It is glorious!

Do not check your phone when you wake up and before bedtime for at least 2 hours.

Do the things you need to do in the morning and before bed, but more than that, be fully present.

Pay attention to your family, ask how their day was, encourage communication, be genuinely interested in their lives, have dinner together with a no-phone policy at the table.

Watch your kids during their extra-curricular activities, and cheer for them. It is a boost to their self-esteem!

Snuggle with your children, read a story and tuck them into bed.

People waste so much time being on their phones and don’t notice the time passing by. No wonder you have no time!
